I hate to write this review because I have been using 1st class for many years and everything was always great. Tony and Amber always handled everything perfectly and it was a pleasure to work with them. This time was not the same. I was in an accident in March and my car was there for almost a month. Carlos told me my part was backordered yet a simple internet search showed where the part was available. Why is the customer having to search for parts? Also I never had a problem getting the repairs covered by my insurance. This time Carlos was unable to negotiate the repair rate with my insurance company. A former employee offered to reach out to their contact and got the rate accepted. When the car was returned to me I notified them that it was making a weird noise that evening. I even sent videos of the noise and location. Front of vehicle. They took the car back and said they couldn't hear it and the rattle was coming from an item in my trunk. Untrue. The car had extensive front end damage they should have investigated further. They offered no solution and returned the vehicle. The noise continued so I brought it to another shop who immediately heard the noise and were able to di

I hit something on the highway and it damaged my bumper on the bottom, but worse it damaged one of my sensors on my M8 which was super annoying. I took the car to two shops and picking 1st class was a no brainer. The facility and the work they do shows for itself. Top of the line. Carlos was super helpful from day 1. Gave me an estimate and ordered the parts. They did it in under a week. Amazing matching the paint color of the BMW individual color which is not at all easy. They also came in UNDER the estimate. When have you heard of a shop doing that? Customer for life.

The absolute best body shop in South Florida. I live in North Miami Beach and use 1st Class for all my automotive needs. The staff is extraordinarily personable, knowledgeable and communicative on all fronts. The facility is very clean and the work is beyond impeccable, even by the standards of the most discerning enthusiast. If you care about your car’s finish and want the original factory finish, use 1st class.

Ed was easy to work with! Him and Amber were responsive and readily available to provide status updates over the 5 weeks repairing my Porsche Macan. They worked with the insurance company until a satisfactory outcome was reached and Im happy to have my car back in excellent condition!

The experience from start to finish was exquisite. This shop is used to working with discriminating clients and it shows. Ed and Amber were communicative from start to finish on extensive work done to my car with regular updates throughout the process. The quality of the work was truly excellent and professionally handled with insurance and Tesla. If you have a car you really care about, this is your place.
